Events Concept | Game of Thrones inspired trip

Posted by Jo Kelly

Reward your team with an end of incentive trip to Northern Ireland, Game of Thrones style!

Visit a number of the filming locations including Downhill Beach. Larrybane Headland (this is where Catelyn Stark agrees a treaty with Renleyon behalf of her son Robb) and Pyke used for exterior Pyke shots and as the Iron Islands.

On Day 2 enjoy a lovely bike ride through Tollymore, Inch and Winterfell to visit various film locations in the forest in the morning. In the afternoon the group will partake in Game of Thrones activities at Old Castle Ward to include Archery, Falconry and a speedboat trip on Strangford Lough. This will be followed by a Medieval Banquet complete with costume hire!

On the final day teams will compete in the ‘Team of Thrones’ event that is sure to test the groups creativity skills as teams script, direct, film and act ‘on location’ to create their very own Game of Thrones® movie clip. The event will focus around the Game of Thrones film studio next to the Titanic Museum in Belfast.

Helping you make the most of your events

Events are a fantastic way to help staff unwind, recharge and feel rewarded for all of their hard work. Theming an event around a major event or a popular TV show for example helps to make the event immediately recognisable and can tie into the wider interests of the team, helping to feel more engaged and ultimately get more from the event.

At CR Worldwide we can quickly, plan and implement events that do more for you, your partners and your staff. Our events are:

Engaging – Enhance loyalty and performance, creating an instant emotional bond with your brand, and increasing company awareness.

Easy to implement – Our events can be quickly and easily set up and planned, and are tailored to suit your staff, your needs and business goals.

Easy to manage – Run and hosted by dedicated managers, who provide exciting schedules of activities and experiences, doing the hard work for you.

We’d love to excite, engage and inspire your staff with our events services. To speak to a member of our award-winning team:
