We are delighted to announce that our work with BetVictor has won the Loyalty Category of the 2020 Motivation Masters awards.

The Values You reward and recognition programme was designed to help BetVictor foster employee engagement and improve retention and loyalty. As a result, BetVictor has developed a stronger team ethos and consequentially improved employee retention by 46%.

Organised each year by Incentive, the Motivation Masters awards honour four category winners in the areas of sales, channel sales, recognition and loyalty. The programmes exhibiting the most creative design, innovative motivation strategies and powerful results earned the top awards.
