As a founding partner of CR Worldwide, Juliet began her journey with the company in 2002. Moving from Operations Director to Product and Propositions Director in 2014, she has played a significant role in shaping all aspects of the business to help it become the award-winning company it is today. In this time, she expanded the operational side of the business, – from her sole role to a department of over 40 – a team that successfully delivers and manages over 1000 reward and recognition programs for clients worldwide.
With over 18 years’ experience within the incentive, reward and recognition sector, Juliet’s key area of expertise is in product development and reward management, specifically in the development of global incentive platforms for use within the industry and beyond. She also has expertise in e-learning and has helped to develop Incentivised learning, a concept coined by CR Worldwide.
As head of CR Worldwide’s Product and Propositions division, Juliet is involved in product and software development for the company. She is the product owner of MyRewards, CR Worldwide’s white label points-banking rewards platform, and MyCard, the company’s branded Mastercard. Her role also involves identifying new opportunities within the industry and ensuring that such products are market leading.
In her earlier career, Juliet as an Events Manager and freelancer, researching, designing and managing a range of sporting hospitality events. Key projects included hospitality events for the British Grand Prix for over 3000 guests, the Monaco Grand Prix, and hosting group incentive trips to the FIFA World Cup and the UFEA European Championship.
