As a founding partner of CR Worldwide in 2002, Dan helped develop the company from a start-up business into the multi-million global brand it is today.
Since then, he has facilitated enterprise businesses to create, build and develop a wide range of engaging incentive programs for employees, partners and customers. He has been instrumental in advising and scoping out reward and recognition programs for new clients, as well as programs for bettering loyalty, team building and developing brand ambassadors.
Dan has 20+ years’ experience in creating and executing successful channel incentive programs for some of the world’s biggest technology brands. Key examples include Dell, Nuance and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
Alongside CR’s events team, he has extensive experience in creating and managing local and international events for hundreds of attendees, as well as meetings, corporate hospitality and conferences catering for thousands, with clients such as Microsoft, NetApp, Fossil and CNH Industrial.
Dan’s experience spans the motivation and engagement sector so broadly that he specialises not only in sales and channel incentive programs but also in employee retention and loyalty. He applies his experience to execute significant sales and marketing strategies and to skilfully develop and grow business relationships.
