A 25 year industry veteran, Mike is responsible for expanding CR Worldwide’s business portfolio in the United States.
Throughout his career, he has advised many of the world’s leading brands on how to best define and implement sales incentive and employee recognition programs that deliver a higher level of motivational impact for participants, increased planning flexibility for stakeholders, along with the financial controls and economic returns that sponsors demand.
Mike is focused on the latest trends that impact workforce engagement and sales incentive programing. An in-demand resource, he has appeared on Fox News, NBC TV and several national radio broadcasts to discuss the impact of recognition and non-cash reward strategies on enterprise performance. He has been quoted and published in numerous media outlets and has spoken frequently at industry events.
Mike was a board member of Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) and served as an executive-level trustee and chairman of the research committee for the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF). He holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
