Corporate Social Responsibility

We take our responsibilities to staff, partners, clients and the environment seriously. As a team, we strive to be as sustainable as possible, whether that’s through choosing our suppliers carefully or cutting down on the amount of printing, and aim to set a positive example of best practice in everything we do. As an employer with Investors in People Standard accreditation, we lead and support our talented colleagues to achieve their potential and produce the best results possible for our clients.

Investors in People

We have risen to new heights with an achievement of Investors in People Gold Status. This internationally recognised standard for best practice in people management demonstrates that CR Worldwide is an excellent employer and an outstanding place to work. Only 3% of the UK companies awarded Investors in People (IiP) status achieve Gold standard, and we passed with distinction. Go us!

The IiP assessor observed that the company has exceeded growth plans, practices a collaborative, inspirational and supportive leadership style and is committed to ongoing improvement.

With consistent and powerful use of corporate values, CR Worldwide practice what they preach with a strong internal reward and recognition structure in place.

Our culture was shown to be open, honest and flexible with a genuine sense of people. Our employees stated they are extremely proud to work for the business and would recommend to others for employment. They are confident in the company, demonstrating a ‘tangible excitement’ with the business direction. With this in mind, CR Worldwide has shown that we are a truly outstanding place to work.

We support Warwickshire Air Ambulance

WNAA is a charitably funded air ambulance service that provides expert pre-hospital care for serious accidents and emergencies across the counties. Each of their missions costs around £1,700; they usually attend three per day, equating to more than 15,400 missions to date.

WNAA receives no government funding and relies entirely on generous donations from the public and corporate partners to continue their lifesaving work. Money donated helps them to continue to provide an exceptional level of clinical pre-hospital skill and care at no cost to the NHS.
