Business Development Manager

The role of Business Development Manager (BDM) is for a new business hunter and account manager to help CR Worldwide achieve its growth targets by winning and closing new business and identifying opportunities for growth and cross selling in existing client accounts.

This role is rewarded with an uncapped commission structure.

Global Sales Director

The role of Global Sales Director has been created in response to CR Worldwide’s ambitious growth plan. The primary responsibility will be to cultivate and mature our sales function into a Global Team – one that wins and manages multiple global clients – targeting revenues in excess of $100m within 5 years.

This role will sit on the Executive Committee. The scope is expected to evolve over time depending on company strategy and market opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic business development to achieve sales targets
  • Creating the optimal sales force structure and a “One CR Approach” to achieve most effective selling processes and team collaboration
  • Coaching the sales team to develop skills and improve performance
  • Defining and overseeing sales staff compensation and incentive programs
  • Managing customer expectations and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Delivering accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Working closely with the marketing function to establish successful lead generation and communications

The successful candidate will demonstrate successful and demonstrable experience in building and executing go-to-market strategies and sales plans both locally and globally. Their experience will include exposure to the recognition, incentives and reward sector in a B2B environment, they’ll be able to demonstrate sales leadership capabilities and be comfortable managing teams of 10 people upwards, in a remote and face to face capacity. The Sales Director will have extensive experience in managing complex key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities globally.

Senior Event Project Manager

The role of an Event Project Manager is to research organise and deliver high impact, high quality events for our corporate clients. You are the magic ingredient in the event throughout the whole process from devising the concept through to delivering making the event memorable for attendees and impactful for the client ensuring that they achieve their strategic objectives for the event.

The main roles and responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with clients professionally
  • Providing strategy proposals that responds to the clients brief and requirements
  • Ongoing client management
  • Full onsite and project event management
  • Supplier sourcing and production
  • Reporting and reconciliation

We’re looking for an experienced event manager with a strong track record of taking ownership of events from concept to completion. You will need to be a good communicator with strong project management skills, able to be quick thinking, a natural born trouble shooter and somebody who thrives in a challenging and sometimes demanding role.

This role potentially involves UK and international travel.
