Client Services Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Manager to join the sales team.

The main responsibility of this role is for the management of clients and their engagement programs and for ensuring the client and participant experience for these programs is at the highest level. The Client Service Manager supports clients throughout with project coordination prior to launch and ongoing program management thereafter. Throughout all phases, high engagement with stakeholders is required, as is providing exceptional support and query resolution to program participants. 

The ideal candidate must be a confident communicator, proactive, strategic and is experienced in strong account management, presentation and relationship building skills.


Key roles responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day client support executing daily program tasks and providing timely responses to client requests
  • Day-to-day interaction and management of programs via the online portal
  • Manage client budgets for each program
  • Confidently manage individual user points transactions both in terms of the technology used and the financial account balances
  • Manage risk and resources on the program by working in virtual teams with US and UK based staff
