Our Story

CR Worldwide is a brand evolution of Corporate Rewards UK – a change we made in 2018 to reflect the company’s global footprint. Established in 2002, CR set out to help companies grow by rewarding best behaviours from the people most valuable to their businesses (employees, customers and partners). In creating award winning recognition, incentive and event programs, we inspire people to do more.

A little bit of history

Corporate Rewards, now known as CR Worldwide, and its unique platform, MyRewards®, were developed from the ground up in Stratford-Upon-Avon, UK – where we are still headquartered.

CR has since grown to a global business with offices in EMEA, US and APAC. We work with some of the world’s most recognisable brands to drive greater engagement, change behaviours and produce outstanding results.

Our first client, one of many who remain with us to this day, was Microsoft. Our client base has expanded into a Who’s Who of the world’s biggest business names from IT and manufacturing to FMCG, finance, automotive, retail and beyond. We’ve delivered thousands of projects for hundreds of clients. That’s something we’re very proud of.
